We started OfferClicks because we kept saying “why isn't there a network that operates like an agency?”

For a decade, our two agencies — Advertising, Inc. and 14th & Carlyle — ran performance programs for DTC, telehealth, finance, and lead-gen advertisers. We spent that decade plugging into other people's networks: chasing AMs, fixing tracking, validating leads, untangling chargebacks. And in every meeting, the same question: why doesn't the network just do this themselves?

We thought we were waiting for someone to build it. Turned out we were the ones not building it. So we did.

Principle 01

We pick fewer fights.

Fewer advertisers. Fewer publishers. Fewer verticals. Our advantage isn't being everywhere — it's being the best in the places we are.

Principle 02

Operators outrank dashboards.

Software is plumbing. We invest in the humans on both sides of the campaign. The dashboard exists to give them better questions.

Principle 03

Honesty is faster than charm.

If we don't think affiliate is right for an advertiser, we say so. If a publisher's traffic doesn't fit, we say that too. Speed comes from candor.

Principle 04

Quality is enforced by curation.

We approve roughly 12% of publisher applicants. That's not gatekeeping — it's how we keep advertiser performance high and payouts honest.

A small, opinionated network is structurally different from an open marketplace. The math, the publishers, the offers — all of it works differently when curation is the product.
